Great UI and Organization
What do you like best? I like the easy check boxes and assigning others to a specific task. This ensures that everyone knows exactly what their job is.. You can attach a due date and attach files easily. It's very intuitive! I enjoy the color scheme as well and its easy to reorganize tasks. You can drag and move tasks so its more visual. you can move tasks upwards and down the list in case a task priority does change. You can also have different projects for better organizations. ...

What do you like best? Asana does a great job of creating a collaborative space for managing task for you and your team. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that its very user friendly and easy to navigate. It's very simple to create and assign tasks and its easy to create different projects, which helps me stay organized. What do you dislike? There are so many things that Asana can do, but a lot of our staff don;t understand it yet. Great user-friendly team tool
What do you like best? It gives you a timeline of how all the projects work together. It's one spot for every task that needs to get done. What do you dislike? It's harder to add two people to one task. Recommendations to others considering the product It's easy to learn. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's an accountability tool that shows who is in charge of what. It has increased productivity by 100%.

It's a website where you can post tasks and others can comment and view them
What do you like best? We like it alot because as the Project Managers type in their progress. What do you dislike? Asana is not cheap for what it is. The difference with Asana is that when users comment on tasks, the people "following" the task get notified. Asana helps my agency handle all of our clients
What do you like best? I love the various dashboards/organization - for instance, I can assign things to myself or others, and categorize these assignments under specific clients if I want to. I can then look at my to do list as a whole, or my to do list for each client. This really helps streamline my day. What do you dislike? Sometimes I think there might be too many bells and whistles - I also don't like that sometimes I get emails for Asana related tasks and other times I don't. ...

What do you like best? Easy to understand process development. Good UI. What do you dislike? Not a comprehensive solution when project complexity is present. Recommendations to others considering the product Understand the scope and nature of the project before including this in possible solutions. What business problems are you solving with the product? The best to do list+project manager
What do you like best? Asana makes it extremely easy to create to do lists of any kind, manage multiple projects and it’s also enjoyable. If you work with teams, Asana allows you to assign responsibility to other parties and manage tasks within a project. It also works as a great roadmap and progress meter and can help you gauge how much work is left before a project is completed. What do you dislike? Works great - no complaints.
What do you like best? I like that it is really easy to search for what you are looking for. There is an advanced search option so if there is something more specific, or in a specific area of the site, you can tailor the search to meet those needs. What do you dislike? There is not a way to easily see all the tags you use.
