Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Great for job management.
What do you like best? Once I met Asana, I began to manage my day-to-day projects and tasks more efficiently. It has an easy-to-use and very intuitive interface, making the experience with the platform even easier. What do you dislike? The experience I had with Asana was very positive, but I think they could have a free version with limited activities, the platform would help a lot of people with this free version. Recommendations to others considering the product: The experience I ...

Pretty dang good
What do you like best? Asana has been helpful to use after transitioning from working exclusively in Google sheets and scattered project management from meeting to meeting. The follow up system and accountability for who needs to be doing what is huge. What do you dislike? In my experience the hardest part about this has been onboarding coworkers who are not as tech savvy as the millennials in the office. Some of them just refuse to get the hang of it, which is frustrating! ...

Not new user friendly
What do you like best? In theory, it has all of the built in functions I need (task assignment, creation of subtasks with deadlines, attachment of files, etc What do you dislike? The overall design is neither appealing nor efficient. It is not easy to navigate or easily track progress without multiple clicks. It lacks the visual cleanliness of other project management programs What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're testing it out to ...

Great software that's constantly improving
What do you like best? Helps me organize tasks without relying on constant emails. Love the added timeline and boards features What do you dislike? Power BI integration is really slow and doesn't support custom fields. Don't like how some basic features are only added to higher, more expensive tiers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it for free. For small teams it's completely free and only costs money once there are more than a few users or if you want higher ...
