Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Versatile Project Management Application
What do you like best? I like the Kanban feature which I can easily share with colleagues and set different access levels (e.g., owner, member, can edit, etc. The Gantt chart and calendar features are also useful. Aside from that, if I am working on multiple projects, I can create a tracker using their new Portolio feature. What do you dislike? I do not like how it is not very intuitive when it comes to design. Some non-tech savvy users may find it hard to navigate the subtasks, ...

I use this every day for everything
What do you like best? As someone who absolutely loves being organized and making lists, this program is absolutely perfect for me. It helps me to stay on top of all my tasks, as well as the tasks that others are asking me to do. What do you dislike? Asana is great for dedicated tram project management
What do you like best? Asana integrates with front and slack, making it extra easy to use. The level of organization is awesome and the girl submission for task requests feature is great. What do you dislike? The only thing I don’t like about asana is that it’s not effective unless your team is fully committed to using it and using it right... which really isn’t asana’s fault at all! I’ve used it in an agency setting and it was seamless. At a different, less organized for projects ...

A great tool for those that like to work from lists
What do you like best? List items can have their own sublists that are easy to see, a history keeps track of how many tasks have been completed on a graph, can create new tasks via email, and can duplicate tasks or create follow-up tasks. Can create sections so tasks with deadlines can appear in own section near top whereas "Someday" tasks could go into their own section closer to the bottom. I used Asana with a team to start but then continued to use it for my own personal todo list for ...
