Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Asana for medical
What do you like best? Great for project management. Very powerful efficient tool that allows multiple projects with multiple team members work smoothly. What do you dislike? The app version on the mobile does not have all the capabilities and this can be limiting. The mobile app is only good for simple to do lists. Also filtering tasks can be confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All members of the team can see all tasks and ...

I looooove Asana
What do you like best? The best part about Asana is the visibility that it gives us, not just on an individual basis, but on a team and company basis. Everyone can see what everyone is doing at all times for more streamlined processes. What do you dislike? The only thing that I don't like about Asana is just some little things. The biggest thing that I would change, however, is adding a hard/soft deadline feature. So many projects are requested to be done by one date but REALLY need to ...

Easy and Solid - Asana
What do you like best? Super easy to use. So intuitive and overall flow and look is clean, very inviting. Allows for training others and getting them up to speed a breeze. What do you dislike? Reporting. Lacks the ability to give a clear view of where things are at in an automated, exportable form. Would also like to see the API functionality a bit more robust. Recommendations to others considering the product: Continue improving and doing what you're doing. Definitely going the ...

The ability to assign work and associate conversations with it on a project and task level facilitates coordination amongst teams. What do you dislike? The organizational structure of Asana can get unwieldy. With everything happening with a defined team, as the number of teams and projects grows finding things becomes more challenging. Recommendations ...

It's also great for individual record keeping and project organizing, all the info for each project is cataloged and has a clear deadline. What do you dislike? Not always the most user friendly when trying to navigate the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When files aren't named correctly in the archive it's super easy to search the assignment on ...
