Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

I don’t know how I’ve lived without it
What do you like best? I love that you can create different boards and lists, integrate everything on each one and organize them... but the cherry on the cake it the subtasks and repeat options! What do you dislike? I don’t like how when you repeat a main task that the subtasks repeat with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Staying organized and on time with projects and due dates

the BEST!
What do you like best? Asana is the best tool for keeping organized. It's even better when you use it as a team. Cut down on emails and have all your information and tasks in one place! What do you dislike? The least helpful part of Asana is the automatic emails when items get completed or changed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a telecommuter, it has saved my sanity and my team uses it to stay organized.

Much better services out there
What do you like best? Ease of use, ability to build projects, tasks, and subtasks. What do you dislike? This is very nimble software and easy to use but there is no accountability for tasks. Anyone can change due dates, whom the task is assigned to, or delete the task all together. Recommendations to others considering the product: Look for software where not just any user can edit tasks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project ...

Asana: Effective and constantly Improving
What do you like best? I love how Asana makes so easy to connect your entire team and all corresponding calendars in order to make sure everything is on track at any given point in time. They have also been adding features regularly that assist with workflow, status reports and other useful information about your team. What do you dislike? I dislike how disorganized some of the layouts feel visually. I think that it was an attempt to provide alternative views (calendar view, task view, ...

Asana, a simple and practical application.
What do you like best? Asana is very clean and designed exclusively to make the user experience pleasant and fast, the main panel is very clean and looks like a white leaf at first so as not to stress you with unnecessary instructions. To create tasks has greatly simplified the process as you just need to do a couple of clicks, this simplification is well focused as this tool is not to develop complex schemes but to organize projects. It is fabulous to be able to register the people you ...

Great for those who love checking off items on their list
What do you like best? The ability to add subtasks and (for premium users dependencies are some of my favorite features of Asana because as a visual person, I love being able to see all the tasks associated with a project. Being able to assign and essentially order the process is helpful for things like employee onboarding. What do you dislike? Sometimes I think I might like more features, like different visuals of a project, but for a basic project management template, it has what you ...
