Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Great Project Management Software
What do you like best? I love the look and feel of this project management system, it is also simple to learn and set up and it's a simple system for anyone to learn. I love the fact that you can switch between line views and the boards plus they've added additional options. They have also set it up where you can track tasks using Harvest right inside of the app per task which is great for Virtual Assistants or anyone billing by a task or by the hour. It's also a fun software, unlike some ...

Asana changed my workday!
What do you like best? I am a freelancer, so Asana's strong project management capabilities laid out in a simple, easy to use platform was a gamechanger for me. It has everything I need - different projects for different clients, tags, Harvest time tracking integration, due dates, attachment support - without being too much or overwhelming as some other platforms are. What do you dislike? I sometimes feel like I'm always reordering tasks within a project list. There are features that ...

Excellent for effective project management.
What do you like best? I like Asana because it has many ideal advantages to manage my projects, I like the function of timeline that offers and the ability to monitor the progress of other team members in common or interrelated tasks which allows the team in general to be efficient and have an easy follow up of everything. What do you dislike? There are only two aspects that I do not like about Asana, the first is that once I select a format for a project, I can not change it and the ...

In general, Asana has made the project work much more efficient by keeping all relevant parties in the loop, all conversations in one place and enabling the exchange of files on all devices and platforms What do you dislike? Asana's set of characteristics and ...

Not only a task management tool, it helps increase collaboration, transparency and makes work easier
What do you like best? Flexibility of the tool. Multiple teams and users can use Asana differently to fit their own work style without requiring any customization. For example I use list view projects I organize by priority but other team members can use tile-style projects or use my list projects organized by team members. What do you dislike? Portfolios (dashboards cannot be searched within the organization (you need to circulate the link with the relevant stakeholders manually ...

What do you like best? With Asana I can make the development process of my projects faster, since it offers me excellent tools with which I can assign tasks to my work team, I have the possibility of creating boards in which I can add my activity lists and documents. What do you dislike? I do not really like its interface, I think it lacks more customization options and more colors, I also think that Asana plans are a bit expensive and it depends a lot on the number of members that ...

Ideal for small work teams
What do you like best? Asana is the best known workflow manager and although it doesn't have many updates and appearance changes, it is still the spearhead to facilitate the management of projects in large teams. The free version is enough for my computer because each user can create a free account and rotate the work without having to pay. On previous occasions we have bought paid memberships but we don't see the need to do it again. The way you can edit the tasks in very comfortable ...
