Simple Project Management Tool for Small Teams

What do you like best? I love that I can create different teams within one business. The interface is easy to use and user friendly for clients and contractors. What do you dislike? I wish their were better reporting options for lower tier accounts. The dependencies don't work great as they are either. Recommendations to others considering the product: Look carefully at the features included at each price range. Some of the better features are only available on higher priced ...

Strong structured time and task manager with helpful options

What do you like best? The variety in which you can create and use project boards that allow for real world solutions to scheduling planning and organization of multiple tasks, roles and people. What do you dislike? I haven’t found a helpful stat tracker in asana to show completed work and progress over a time period. Anytime i’ve tried to use the features that do some of that, I receive errors from the program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Good Project Management System

What do you like best? The user interface - it quickly becomes second nature to add in additional tasks. The flexibility is also great. You can decide the type of structure you have to the tasks and sub-tasks, and change easily when required. It's very easy to adopt and get started. We have used it for 5-6 years and it is very stable, reliable and any changes are subtle improvements rather than structure/data breaking. What do you dislike? We often use 3 levels of sub-tasks and it is a ...

Asana is good for basic project management; it's not great for more complex projects

What do you like best? Asana is a good digital to-do list, basically. I like that it reminds me daily about what I need to accomplish. It does help me handle multiple projects at one time. However, I find the more "complex" elements (like the content calendar, for example to be confusing and unintuitive. What do you dislike? Certain aspects are just plain confusing, and others are overly simplistic. I don't find the editorial calendars to be particularly useful, example. I also find ...
