Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Dual functionality with multiple software and clear layout
What do you like best? Easy and efficient task assigning functionality for projects. Asana works well when tracking projects from different clients. It's easy to add a task, schedule it, and track it through the buttons like Write or Started. It's easy to leave feedback and communicate through it as well What do you dislike? The task screen can get a little bit cluttered, as it's not organized well. With eight or nine tasks, some of them in full font and others grayed out, it can get a ...

Web software to coordinate groups
What do you like best? What do you dislike? From Asana, you might want to have the option of seeing the errands appear in the summary of the ...

Great for individual use or collaboration
What do you like best? I love that I can create projects very similar to how you would create an epic or story in JIRA. Within each project, you can view list style or board style. You can assign people and dates, and most importantly within each card, you can create sub tasks and dependencies. What do you dislike? I haven't used the reporting feature much, but from what I've seen it could be better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

A good option besides Basecamp
What do you like best? It does help us to keep tasks and everything organized and track task completion. What do you dislike? Can get very messy. Honestly I sort of like Basecamp interface more. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it before you decide. Good thing is that you can do so for free up to a certain amount of users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Task tracking and scheduling organization.
