Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Asana keeps everyone together
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Asana is great tool for assigning tasks and due dates. There are great drag-and-drop features and fun interfaces with kind of “rewards” for every completed task. Through the dashboard you can overview the task history. It has great color scheme with more customizable features. It allows us to assign tasks for multiple projects. I also love the template feature to copy tasks. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I ...

We cannot imagine our work done without Asana
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? As a small team of 30 people we are able to manage more than 200 separate projects thanks to Asana, it allows us to include every size of the team projects. We are able to share the projects and to overview the visibility into the tasks. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I don’t have dislikes about Asana, I just want to see more features for tracing the number of multiple projects and various team members. ...

Great tool
Great tool. We use this at work and it's a great tool, It's nice how you can add people onto tasks and see other things going on just to be in the know. Only negative is you can't create a list, a simple version of excel would be what I'm thinking of.

Asana Review
What do you like best? Asana is useful because it allows members of various sized teams to set and keep track of business projects and deliverables. I update my goals on a weekly basis and it helps me keep track of my progress throughout the month. What do you dislike? Manually updates can make the software somewhat tedious. It also will only allow the creator of a group/project to delete certain things - this can cause projects to get piled up with unnecessary/outdated information ...

What is the Asana?
What do you like best? Asana is a very useful application especially in terms of project and team management. You can use both desktop and mobile applications. Especially in the system, which is mainly used by agencies, you can open your works as tasks and throw them to the person and find the chance to follow them easily. In addition, the notes and files thrown into the task can minimize mail traffic within the company. What do you dislike? We feel like it was missing some aspects of ...

Versatile and clean project management tool
What do you like best? Being able to associate tasks and subtasks to multiple projects is by far the best feature. You are able to do it in a way that looks clean and is easy to navigate. Start dates, repeating tasks, milestones, and several other features make Asana a versatile tool that fits the needs of teams with a lot going on. Their mobile app is also easy to use and useful when you need to check-in when away from your computer. What do you dislike? Unless you do your due ...

Fantastic Task Management Tool
What do you like best? The ability to create as many projects depending on your needs as well as tasks and sub tasks. Also being able to assign different users within a different department and give them the ability to follow projects or tasks is a huge benefit - no one is out of the loop. What do you dislike? Sometimes merging duplicate tasks or sub tasks can be slightly confusing and it can feel like you've not done it right or lost informaiton - I don't think this is the case just ...

Less cc emails and better visibility of deliverables
What do you like best? I like the calendar view and the ability to add followers to tasks What do you dislike? Not much! Possibly the ability to accept/decline tasks from colleagues who aren't your line manager? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Really useful for managing new product releases from concept to marketing launch. Gives everyone visibility of the progress and how/when their deliverables are needed.
