Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Great to manage projects
What do you like best? I like the ability to share ideas, convert to project work and manage the lifecycle of said projects. In a fully remote work environment, this is a great tool to keep a full picture of in progress work, and a great way to share ideas throight an entirely distributed team. This is a vital tool. What do you dislike? There is not much I have found yet I dislike, I would like to see better notification options to keep in the loop with work and changes made in Asana. ...
