Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

PM that clearly shows you the progress.
What do you like best? You are able to develop complex graphs to show the progress of yours, of course, if the project is actually delayed, the graphs also can show the effect and upcoming initiatives of the delay on the venture. Within this way you are able to look at specific customers, from which you are able to assign various duties to totally different users. In by doing this you receive an introduction of each user. The user interface is easy and simple to work with. The calendar ...

Solid project management tool and personal organizer - good for complex projects
What do you like best? I like that there are several formats to choose from to organize projects b/w Kanban, list, etc. It's easy to collaborate, the UI is nice and appealing and it's just easy to use. What do you dislike? I dislike that it's not better supported in my organization so we don't feel the full impact of the collaboration activities. I don't have any qualms with the functionality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Asana review
What do you like best? That holds me and my team on the track. In days when I'm not on my team, I can check what tasks I've done to make sure they're on the right track. If priorities change, I can allocate or update tasks as needed. What do you dislike? Map views/plans is not very customizable and may require certain extra options. Recommendations to others considering the product: I advise that one or more people should be assigned to actually get to know asana through ...

Asana for project management
What do you like best? Its layout, ease of use and has a great APP. You can reorganize and re-prioritize tasks on-the-fly which makes assigning daily priorities easy and visual for employees. Lets them know what to work on first. Also has a great way to add sub-tasks/list so you don't miss a step or detail in competing a project. You can easily drag-and-drop file to share also so you don't have to fish around for needed assets. It's free for small teams. What do you dislike? Would ...

Asana has been great for our business
What do you like best? I like that we have the option to write notes. In our company a lot of employees are now remote. Asana is a great way to keep things clean and organized. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything I dislike about asana. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to stay better organized. See projects team members are working on, and able to set goals.

Workflow
What do you like best? Knowing where in the timeline a project is & being able to communicate directly on it - offering additional support or adjusting other tasks to ensure timeliness. What do you dislike? The ability for multiple people to update - if a change in status or update is needed, it would be best for the project owner to accept the update so they are aware of it too. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Asana is great ...

A Project Management Tool We All Need
What do you like best? I like how Asana can help us delegate tasks among the members and track each other's work with ease. I primarily work in small projects, so I like to understand who is working on what task and see how everyone's work fits into the bigger picture. There are different views, such as lists and timelines, which help organize the responsibilities and traceability. Besides team-based work, I have also leveraged Asana for personal projects and school assignments. In ...
