Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Asana - Yard Service
What do you like best? The ability to organize tasks with many people. What do you dislike? A lot going on in one screen. It would be nice to have a more simplified layout. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure your team knows how to use the tool correctly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everyone on the same page with projects.
