Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

A good solution to manage projects
What do you like best? Undertakings can without much of a stretch be relegated to various distinctive colleagues and have courses of events allowed to them. There is likewise a great movement of an animal kind of a phoenix or a sasquatch that flies over the screen when an assignment is set apart as complete. Helps make creation gatherings more fun. What do you dislike? It most likely all the more a client blunder than Asana's issue, yet huge amounts of people would neglect to ...

Good for keeping track of tasks and deadlines, would like better UI and more robust features.
What do you like best? The project plans are fairly straightforward and flexible. Great for workflow management and collaboration. The price is also relatively reasonable. We use this for simple projects where there are less sophisticated teams collaborating and where communication and simplicity are the main objectives. What do you dislike? This platform is only good for the simplest and most basic of project management tasks. It lacks more sophisticated features necessary for ...

It is not as robust as others but it does its job very well
What do you like best? Perhaps for many it does not have the high robustness that other similar software has, but its attractive and easy-to-use interface with just drag and drop makes it very fluid when handling it. Its wide capacity for integration is another of its strong points. The prices of their plans are quite fair according to the needs they have when managing the projects that are required. What do you dislike? Perhaps it does not have the complexity or the financial ...

Good organizational tool. Much like Trello
What do you like best? The drag and drop and ability to create a flowchart with tasks is easy to use. What do you dislike? When the software was last updated some of the original methods were removed. Others were moved around. The update was rolled out without the choice of the user. It makes it hard to have to stop and relearn something in the middle of the business day. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management is ...

Good for personal and team use
What do you like best? This platform is so versatile and easy to use I love it. I personally use it every single day, even on the weekends as my complete to-do list, for personal and professional use. I can also use it with my teams to manage larger projects, one on one agendas, and team communications. We also utilize the boards layout for almost every contractor we work with to track their progress on specific projects from "submitted>in review>In progress>for ...

Effective for tracking to-do with other team members
What do you like best? Ability to leave detailed notes, sub-notes. Ability to assign and re-assign to various team members. Ability to have multiple dashboards as i use for more than one company. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's a little awkward for me to get around and locate where to delete tasks, archive tasks, etc. Some of the different screen views get a little confusing at times. Recommendations to others considering the product: I believe it is a very useful tool ...

What do you like best? I like that we can all be on the same tasks and update each other dimul What do you dislike? The learning curve is steep. I still don’t feel like I know the software.
