"The best project management tool for me"

What do you like best about Asana? Asana is our main PM system. It's my favorite one too - it's incredibly simple and easy to use, I like how things are organized and I like the design of the application in general. It's convenient that there're apps for the phone, and then also the desktop and the online version. What do you dislike about Asana? The business version isn't that cheap over the year, although worth it. What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you? We use ...

"Powerful task management app!"

What do you like best about Asana? Asana's UX and design is super easy to learn and use - it's especially helpful for me when working with others who are either new to PM tools or not very tech saavy. I love that it can be shared both internally and externally so that when working with clients or contractors, they are able to utilize it as well without having to pay or get their own account. What do you dislike about Asana? The price is slightly higher than some of the other PM tools, but ...

On top of that, there are ways to share projects with your peers/coworkers and tasks you can assign to yourself as reminders. Ditch the post-it notes and alarms on your phones and do it all on one software. What do you dislike about Asana? I want to say all the editing and project managing options on asana can get a ...

"Perfect for use across teams!"

What do you like best about Asana? This platform is able to work as "big picture" OR as "detail-focused" as you like! It's easy to communicate across teams, and the Outlook integration makes creating tasks a breeze. What do you dislike about Asana? I frequently have to sign back into my account, but this is more of an inconvenience than a true disklike. Recommendations to others considering Asana: Allow team members to discover their own uses instead of just saying, "this is how we want yu ...

"I wouldn’t have a business if it wasn’t for Asana"

What do you like best about Asana? Asana is a task management / project management tool that is collaborative, organized, and consistently evolving. This will sound dumb, but they also offer "celebrations" for completing tasks, and it makes me happy to see a unicorn fly across my screen when I check something off of my to-do list. What do you dislike about Asana? I use a free version for my side business and the paid version for my day job. You don't get advanced search with the free ...

"Excellent Project Management Tool"

What do you like best about Asana? Asana helps with large-scale projects, and while it seems overwhelming at first glance, the platform has a great interface. Everything can be color-coded and tagged in a way that makes it much more manageable when there are 50 or more users workings on multiple projects at once. What do you dislike about Asana? There are many manual checks and balances within Asana, making it easy to forget to mark certain items as complete or tag certain people. Certain ...
