  • Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.

  • Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.

  • Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.

"Favourite tool to stay organised with all my work tasks"

What do you like best about Asana? You can easily organize projects for different teams. It offers the flexibility to assign the same task to multiple projects. As each task can be assigned to only one person, it helps keep accountability for the work to be done. The UI is very easy, I started as a beginner for Project management tools but it was easy to learn how to use Asana. It has so many options for direct integrations, I have automated my google events to be marked as tasks in Asana, ...

"Flexible Project/Task Management Tool that Accommodates Many Working Styles"

What do you like best about Asana? In Asana, there are lots of ways to organize projects, tasks, and lists. I like this because if you are more visual, there's an option for that. If you prefer lists, there's a way to view projects like that instead. If you want smaller tasks that bubble up to more significant projects, you can make that work. It's easier to work with your team, who all have different ways of looking at their to-dos, and all manage them together. Excellent for ...

"Easy to use and understand"

What do you like best about Asana? Easy organizing and simple UI makes creating and sorting tasks a breeze. Sections tabs is a beautiful way to combine several tasks of similar nature. I use this all time. What do you dislike about Asana? We can't select a section and move it under anither section. Hope this will be fixed in the future update. Recommendations to others considering Asana: Tried several apps and always comes back to Asana due to its simplicity and cross platform support. What ...

"Asana is the best tool for management process and tasks."

What do you like best about Asana? Especially nowadays with pandemics and teams working remotely, Asana is just the best tool for better performances, goal-oriented teams, and management operations. What do you dislike about Asana? Videos on how to make configurations, integrations, and parameterization. There is a lot of content on how to do this, but turning this into videos would help a lot. Transfer a group of tasks to another person, especially when a collaborator is not anymore a ...

"I cannot get enough of Asana"

What do you like best about Asana? I've never been able to better organize my work and know what's going on day-to-day with myself and my team than when I use Asana. I've converted many teams to Asana and none of them have ever looked back. It's easy to organize—hello multihoming!—and easy to use, very intuitive. What do you dislike about Asana? The biggest thing I could use in Asana is a round-robin style assignment feature that automatically assigns new tasks to members of the team that ...

"Best software to organise, manage and track your work."

What do you like best about Asana? The best part about this software for me is the time taken to learn how to use the software is very minimal. It hardly takes an hour to get used to the tool. There are many pop-ups which help you to accelerate the learning time. What do you dislike about Asana? Dark mode needs to be implemented. I prefer dark mode theme since all the products have dark mode theme, this is only software which does not have dark mode. They should also have a application ...

"The most robust project management system out there"

What do you like best about Asana? I absolutely love the visibility that Asana gives me as the Marketing Director on our team. I'm able to easily go in and quickly see the status of projects, team workload, and gain insight into how our operations are going. What do you dislike about Asana? The pain point in using Asana is that everyone has a different way of using it. In our own organization, each individual team uses it differently which can make it challenging to cross-collaborate on ...
