Powerful spatial information tool
What do you like best? The ability to create maps and/or apps to share with your organization or general public. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to securely distribute data to field crews on mobile devices and to disconnect users. What do you dislike? The layout. Great access for those with limited resources
What do you like best? It makes GIS available to those that do not have the resources to purchase something more robust. What do you dislike? Some of the editing capabilites are not as straight forward. What do you like best? Flexibility of use of different features What do you dislike? Credit limits sometimes come in the way of using routing features What problems are you solving with the product? People think I am a web app guru.
What do you like best? I LOVE that I can get on arcgis.com and make a web app for members of my organization in just minutes. The apps look really good and they are intuitive to use. What do you dislike? I cannot think of anything I dislike about the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have made collector apps, explorer apps, story maps, tabbed maps. I have done analysis on my data. I have used ArcGIS data to enrich my own data.

Easy to use
What do you like best? I think ArcGIS online is easy to use once you look into it. I could figure out myself with few tutorials. For the basic tasks like creating a map is very useful. What do you dislike? I don't really have anything to complain at the moment. I don't use it very often, but I would if is needed. Some good suggestions
What do you like best? It has a great ease of use for beginners. I can teach others to use it that never heard of his before. What do you dislike? There needs to be a better measure tool in web app builder. Need to access local files easier instead of having to host or have attachments such as PDFs. ok, but too cumbersome
What do you like best? that there are a thumbnail of the data. that it has good abstract info, that it has a large database of data What do you dislike? the search algorithm is not good. that you can't search for data from google, too difficult to get to the actual data (the REST endpoint What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? looking for downloadable data
