What do you like best? WebApp Builder is easy to configure and great for customizing web apps fer many specific business use cases. It is easy to provide access to maps and apps to user across the company due to the online platform. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to work with enterprise data that is hosted behind the company firewall. ArcGIS Online Assists in Communicating with the Public
What do you like best? I like being able to quickly put together a web app to communicate with our community. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about ArcGIS Online. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was able to assist our administration with the choice of location for a Navigation Center that helped show the public how the center location was chosen.

Easy to use
What do you like best? I think ArcGIS online is easy to use once you look into it. I could figure out myself with few tutorials. For the basic tasks like creating a map is very useful. What do you dislike? I don't really have anything to complain at the moment. I don't use it very often, but I would if is needed. What do you like best? Since the introduction of ArcGIS Online to the Esri suite of products, GIS use among State agencies has increased dramatically. People think I am a web app guru.
What do you like best? I LOVE that I can get on arcgis.com and make a web app for members of my organization in just minutes. The apps look really good and they are intuitive to use. What do you dislike? I cannot think of anything I dislike about the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have made collector apps, explorer apps, story maps, tabbed maps. I have done analysis on my data. I have used ArcGIS data to enrich my own data.

Great access for those with limited resources
What do you like best? It makes GIS available to those that do not have the resources to purchase something more robust. What do you dislike? Some of the editing capabilites are not as straight forward. Simple with possibilities
What do you like best? I love how sleek the interface is. The experience is seamless, and I'm able to share maps, data, and stories with the rest of my company weekly. What do you dislike? It can be limited in terms of functionality. It's not very customizable--for example, there's no option to disable Scene Viewer for a user if the organization doesn't use 3D GIS at all. AGOL is very useful, but limited
What do you like best? The avialability of widgets to add to web apps. What do you dislike? Restricted use for viewers only for organization (requirig a viewer license has been hassle for my users. Credit usage is a hassle to manage. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having data available to my organzation

What do you like best? I use ArcGIS online to host a webmap to display image swaths and area of interests. It is an easy way to have the map accessible on our website to be viewed by the public and scientists. What do you dislike? The credits and license limitations are confusing.
