Great way to share maps for others outside of my organization
What do you like best? I like that people who have no access to ESRI products and view my work. It has fast processing time and is at time more intuitve than arcmap desktop What do you dislike? Working with rasters in a pain and many time my layers do not draw in the correct order. I still get confused exporting files from ArcPro to online and many time can't upload data. ArcGIS Onine is a good tool to share GIS data.
What do you like best? Mobile applications, dashboards, offline maps. What do you dislike? No way to back up your data. Would like to see webmaps have their configurations readily availabe if something breaks in the webmap and it must be re-built. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The capacity to edit and share storymaps. Today I believe is really important to create a map collecting data from reliable sources and visualize the content in a map that shares a story because it produces a real impact and makes it easier for the final user to better understand the power of GIS. Easy to use
What do you like best? The most helpful thing is being able to create sites to share data and applications easily. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is unclear of the differences between the content that is created. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to share data with the public and with other county GIS users easily. I am also able to create web applications easily.

Wonderful platform for two-way GIS experience
What do you like best? Ease, scalability, flexibility, ArcGIS Online is a valuable platform within our GIS environment. What do you dislike? Nothing, I would recommend ArcGIS as a solution for most GIS problems and opportunities. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Outreach, engagement, democratization of GIS.

ArcGIS Online is the decoratization of WebGIS
What do you like best? Easy access and lots of cool tools that continue to evolve What do you dislike? User management is a pain. We have hundreds of short term users that we are adding and subtracting ALL THE TIME. It would be much easier if we have unlimited users. Recommendations to others considering the product: Jump in! What do you like best? I like the ease of access to a lot of functionality. What do you dislike? Can be hard to navigate to find certain funtionalities. Easy to Use!
What do you like best? I find ArcGIS Online very use to use. I like the ability to customize maps and then use them right away in StoryMaps or creating apps. What do you dislike? Wish there were more base map options at times when I need something different. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visualizing data for members and customers is easy and clear.

Great mapping software!
What do you like best? It's super easy and straight forward to create a beautiful map with whatever geospatial data you have; You can easily share the map/web-app you created with your customers; What do you dislike? currently I don't have any dislikes.
