ArcGIS Online Assists in Communicating with the Public
What do you like best? I like being able to quickly put together a web app to communicate with our community. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about ArcGIS Online. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was able to assist our administration with the choice of location for a Navigation Center that helped show the public how the center location was chosen.

What a great entry point to the Science Of Where!
What do you like best? The product is easy to use and allows even a novice to explore existing content as well as create simple content frm multiple data sources. What do you dislike? I do not like that it uses credits to put up content and to geocode addresses. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? AGOL's facilitation of collaboration between SMEs is what I like best, esoeciually when its ease of use empowers non-GIS users to utilize GIS technology. What do you dislike? I'm still hazy on the whole credits thing...but now that I've got an ELA I'm not as worried about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great, but still needs improvement
What do you like best? Getting more and more easy to use. Love 3D web scenes. What do you dislike? Lack of groups in table of content in 2D web maps. 3D scenes solves this perfectly! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Common collaborative maps for our projects makes sure averyone are on the same page.

Creating interactive web maps and apps
What do you like best? It allows me to create web apps with some analysis tools. It helps me to analyse my data in fastest way in ArcGIS Online What do you dislike? Only 1 year subscription and very limited ArcGIS Online service credits. It also doesn't show the consumed service credits for the specific features that stored or used for analysis. A quick way to get my organizations information to the public.
What do you like best? Somewhat easy to use. There are many options for how to tell a story. It is easy to update our data. What do you dislike? Some of the managment of files can be chanllenging. I end up with a lot of clutter in the 'my content' area. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were able to provide our regulated community access to maps and documents thoght the online map. We hope to add new layers soon.
