Everyone should try this product!
What do you like best? I love how simple this is to get operational for a GIS person. What do you dislike? I wish the interface was ** more like google ** so my non GIS collegues would enjoy it more. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaboration across the company through global offices on highly desired, timely data.

Excellent Product, Every Industry will find relevance
What do you like best? ArcGIS Online provides excellent tools for analysis and situational awareness and allows even non-GIS users to gain an increased understanding of even the most complex datasets. What do you dislike? Pricing models don't support every industry or agency. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Emergency preparedness and response, situational awareness.

What do you like best? ArcGIS Online is an intuitive platform for both GIS professionals and casual users. What do you like best? I can access my content at one location. I also like the fact that it can be accessed from anywhere and not being teid to a desktop. What do you dislike? I am used to the desktop version so is hard to find functionalities similar to the desktop. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am using it for reviewing data and do some kind of a data analysis.

What do you like best? It is game changing that Esri provided acess to k12 educators to use ArcGIS Online in the classroom. This provides students with vaulable access to critical thinking and problem solving skills. What do you like best? At first blush ArcGIS might appear overwhelming to a new user, however, a few minutes of exploring will reveal the intuitive design of the product and the robust online training and education support helps new users quickly orient to the system.
