What do you like best? Story Maps via Online and sometimes customizations What do you dislike? Not as many functionalities and capabilities when putting together Web Maps Recommendations to others considering the product Be patient and don't be intimidated! Pro the best way to go.
What do you like best? ArcPro is very flexiable. Whatever task you can think of it will do. It is getting easier to use everyday. What do you dislike? Sometimes you will want to go back to ArcMap due to frustion. Just have to be patient. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having easy access to maps of a specific area.

What do you like best? The seamlessness at which ArcGIS Online integrates with virtually all other ESRI products allows you to share, view, interpret, and collect data to achieve your organization's goals. What do you dislike? The costs associated with named users and service credits can be prohibitive for small agencies or organizations with limited budgets for annual subscription fees. What do you like best? I like the integration of mobile devices and the speed at which data edits can be communicated from the field to the office or between departments at the office. What do you dislike? There isn't much that I dislike. One thing that I can think of offhand is the user interface for configuring attribute popups in web maps. Fast and easy web mapping
What do you like best? I like the effort that ESRI has put into making mapping online faster, and easier to use and understand. What do you dislike? There is still a steep learning curve, and a lot of knowledge required to get the most out of ArcGIS online. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Ease of access and the volume of data available What do you dislike? Sometimes the data sets lack good metadata. A data set without good documentation is often of litttle use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have put some of our own data online which has helped our users more easily access it.

The legend symbols should be one and the same as the clickable layers
What do you like best? Ability to share information. Easy to use. What do you dislike? The list of legend items are separate from the list of clickable layers. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I refrain from using because of challenges with this software to accomoate publishing in 2 official languages (federal government in Canada.

What do you like best? The ability to maps/layer available to other users outside of my organization that can and has been used to research. What do you dislike? Less control of the look of the maps. My organization has some standard logo and other information we list on products. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Veteran demographics, socioeconomics and other data analysis.
