What do you like best? AGOL is easy to access - its a website so all you need is an internet connection and a web browser. Great for office users and people who are used to web browsing. What do you like best? I like how I've been able to create apps that are scalable and that the platform is ever evolving to remain scalable. What do you like best? The system is easy to setup, rapidly allows you to put data into it, and lets you visualise your information easily. Best part is anyone with little instruction or technology background can use it. What do you dislike? The default web mapping provides limited cartographic support at the moment. Essential for real-time data sharing

What do you like best? The ability to share data across platforms and with non-GIS users. What do you dislike? It's a little clunky... That's all I have to say. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hosted datasets online allow us to maintain a clear common operating picture with all levels of government and emergency service sectors. We both publish our own datasets and consume datasets hosted by other agencies.

Pretty good experience

What do you like best? Community Analyst (which is a part of ArcGIS Online is probably the best ESRI application I've experinced, both from a user interface perspective and from the actual content provided by the product. We've used ArcGIS online for about 5 community outreach maps and have really enjoyed that aspect of the product. What do you dislike?
