Great customer experiences
What do you like best? Customer service (which we rarely have to use) is always quick and easy. They are friendly and it's always easy to get someone on the phone. What do you dislike? Nothing. They are great...UI is solid. Awesome What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll taxes and their user interface is easy to use and they are constantly adding features

Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best? Very user friendly. The software is extremely easy to use. What do you dislike? I find that the system is a little slow for me at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? How to pay additional pay and OT to nurses. APS makes this process seamless and easy.

Great Payroll Solution
What do you like best? The simplicity of processing our payroll. What do you dislike? I do not like that we cannot type in the time corrections in time clock, you have to use the drop downs and select the numbers. We do not like that the managers approve the time sheets and then the employees sign them stating they are correct. This seems backwards to us. What problems are you solving with the product? Overall Very Straightforward and Satisfying
What do you like best? 1. Very clear and detailed split; 2. Our account managers always manually remind us on the day of payroll submission and even offer assistance to submit it for us. The service and care APS provides is superb. What do you dislike? I think it will be better if it could have a non-banking day schedule for a full month on the Payroll page. Currently it only shows next non-banking date, so we would have to confirm with the account manager manually. ...

Wonderful Payroll System
What do you like best? What I love about APS as a payroll solution is the ease of interfacing with the system and working with the staff. Whenever there is a question, we have a direct person to speak with. We do not feel lost in the hustle and bustle of a large company. What do you dislike?
