APS Payroll is the best!
What do you like best? Processing payroll has never been so easy. If we do happen to have a problem, the APS Help Center and our dedicated account managers are always available and get the issue take care of immediately. Our account managers are friendly, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond. I love having HR, Benefits, Recruiting & Hiring, and Payroll all together! What do you dislike? Ease of payroll
What do you like best? The import of the timeclock into payroll and the reports. What do you dislike? The additional fees to process supplemental checks and that it takes two nights to process direct deposit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using APS has freed up time for me to meet other deadlines. It has also helped greatly in the benefits management.

What do you like best? The system is very intuitive and easy to implement. the BEST thing about it is the fact that it is american based support in Shreveport Louisiana. I have dealt with other providers in the past and it is horrible to have your customer service non us based and take 4 days for an answer. with APS i usually get quick effective answers or solutions to any issue that i experience. What do you like best? My assigned team is the best. Always there to answer any questions and resolve any issues. They are very quick to respond. What do you dislike? Good System minor dislikes
What do you like best? It's extremely easy and straight forward when processing payroll. What do you dislike? You can not push manual checks through at anytime. You have to run a payroll to do so. APS Saves Me Time
What do you like best? I like the integration of the timeclock with the payroll. I also like that employees can change their details themselves without submitting through HR. What do you dislike? The only thing that I dislike is the 2 working day requirement for submitting for auto-deposits. This can be problematic when a payday follows a holiday weekend.
