So far so good, responsive team

What do you like best? I like how responsive our dedicated team is. What do you dislike? I feel like the system lacks some functionality or it's not as intuitive as it could be. For example, the performance review module is severely lacking as compared to the competition. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest benefit is probably a more automated open enrollment process.

What do you like best? The site is very user friendly. They are constantly making updates based on user experience that are helpful and make the site even better. What do you like best? APS offers many solutions to both simple and complex payroll issues. Payroll became too complicated as we grew as a company with multiple employee deductions. APS is great

What do you like best? Very fast payroll processing and flexible on when it has to be entered. What do you dislike? PTO integration with our current system is somewhat difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Much better ability to track employees time off and approve.

I was nervous about switching from ADP to APS.

What do you like best? The fast and knowledgeable customer service has been my favorite feature since our transition. What do you dislike? APS has streamlined so much of my admin work in relation to payroll and benefits, but I would say the one feature that could use some work would be the payroll ledger export data.
