Comprehensive & Easy Recruiting Software
What do you like best? email notifications with updates to an applicant What do you dislike? navigation from individual candidate to a specific job category What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? keeping on top of recruitment. make sure all applicants are being contacted and moving through the recruitment process.

Extremely user friendly
What do you like best? The ease of the entire database, very intuitive. What do you dislike? I wish I could cater Applicant Stack more towards my needs. Also, emailing out of applicant stack is challenging as I find that they typically go to applicant's spam box. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease in recruiting and compatability with other platforms such as Indeed/LinkedIn, etc.

Onboarding made easy
What do you like best? Starting with the applications and going all the way through to the decision to hire or pass on an applicant, everything is in one place. What do you dislike? Duplicate applications are only flagged if you enter the applicants name in the search field. It would be helpful if duplicates were always linked together so that one could look at the entire history of an applicant. What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use and great customer service
What do you like best? We run about 40 searches a year as a boutique firm and have found Applicant Stack easy to use. Any time we've had issues, the response time from the HELP desk is great. What do you dislike? We'd like the CC's to be visible to the candidates as we often use it as a team and more than one team member interacts with a single candidate What problems are you solving with the product? Efficient yet simple.
What do you like best? The on-boarding section saves so much time! It literally eliminates the need for paper docs. What do you dislike? The only real place for improvement is the option to integrate with other software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Again, the paper stacks were huge before the on-boarding option was added to our accent. Now we can use room previously needed for storage, as office space.

What do you like best? I like how Applicant Stack organically places the ads I create. This allows people using various sites to see the open position. Applicant Stack is Efficient
What do you like best? It helps me be organized and current. I have no need for paper on my desk at all. Everything is in the computer. Easily edited if Candidate makes a mistake. What do you dislike? No notifications for emails that don't go through. This is important as far as timeliness is concerned.
