HR Coordinator

What do you like best? I love how you can group candidates together by their email address. It is very user friendly with great reports that you can run to see the progress you have made with the hiring. What do you dislike? I do not like how the phone number look up is vert specific. If you do not put a space in the phone number it might not catch the user. This can lead to double calling people. Recommendations to others considering the product: None this is really amazing! I do ...

Good value for the money.

What do you like best? Ability to access anywhere. Multiple user accounts (we have lots of hiring managers. Reports are quick and easy to learn. Customizability of stages/dispositions. What do you dislike? Lack of integration with our current payroll systems/benefit system. Though I honestly don't know it that is on their end or ours. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't expect the Cadillac - be happy with the less expensive Chevy. What problems are you solving ...

I just really liked the old version of Applicant Stack a lot better. The new one seems to be a bit condensed and sometimes a bit confusing. its taken me a while to get use to. Recommendations to others considering the product: Its pretty good, but sometimes cam be a bit slow and not very user friendly. I just liked the old vision better screen seemed ...

Hiring Made Easy

What do you like best? The site is so easy to use. I get alerts as things happen. Making changes to my ads are so simple. Any time I have a question or need assistance, Jeff responds quickly and is always very helpful. What do you dislike? There are some documents that we can't edit ourselves. Sometimes I just want to be able to make a correction real quick and it's seems so simple but we have to ask someone else to do it for us. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Big Improvement

What do you like best? The database that applicant stack creates of applicants for future reference. What do you dislike? Since Applicant stack is a high feature program there was a learning curve finding the proper way to set the new stage for a candidate. Also a group email option would be nice, I have to add 4 or five people to my emails and often I will review many candidates in one day and I would like to be able to select a group email distribution when I give my feedback. What ...

Simple and easy to use

What do you like best? It's simplicity. Easily navigable. It's a solid solution if you're just looking for a basic ATS that is affordable and straightforward. Although not as advanced as some of the larger brand names, it's also not as daunting to use. What do you dislike? It's missing a "lists" function--where you can dump certain types of candidates into a folder for future review. I create actual jobs that I keep inactive for use of this function. What problems are you solving with ...
