What do you like best? I enjoy the options provided by Applicant Stack to customize each position. What do you dislike? I'd like some training on Applicant stack or to have a user resource to contact when I have questions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It provides a platform for job postings and applicants to apply for positions within my company. There are also many other options for usage that I could be utilizing.

Excellent product for the price
What do you like best? ApplicantStack has a high level of customization that can meet your hiring needs. We have been able to create custom screening questions, weighted scoring, custom responses, and simplified our review process amongst multiple hiring managers. We have always been pleased with the level of functionality and customer service when we have unique needs. What do you dislike? It does not have a lot of partner products that will integrate. What do you like best? Applicant track really helped me to narrow my options and made it easy to communicate with actual candidates through the application process. What do you dislike? Nothing really needs to be changed, everything works smoothly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring process you get to narrow your selections.

What do you like best? Customer Service is phenomenal. Very responsive. What do you dislike? It has been a fantastic solution for both of the smaller sized companies where it was implemented. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlining the recruiting/interviewing process. Tracking communications with candidates.

Simple and organized
What do you like best? We like the on-boarding process the best. We used to print out all of the new hire paperwork and sit for an hour plus waiting for everyone to get the paperwork completed. Now we can send it out right away when we know they are going to be hired. And we can electronically sign it too! It has saved us so much time. What do you dislike? If I had to say something I dislike it would be the use of reports. They aren't as intuitive as other programs. I do need some of ...

Streamlined hiring process
What do you like best? ApplicantStack has helped to expedite the hiring process by allow all members of our admin team to review applicants. All members can see the communication with applicants and each other's notes/comments. What do you dislike? As of right now there is nothing I dislike.
