Greatly optimizes the hiring process
What do you like best? Ability to allow job approval so that not a single person is required to manage the candidate pipeline for an entire company! What do you dislike? Additional functionality as part of the onboarding suite would be great! ApplicantStack Can Make The Hiring Process Less Painful
What do you like best? Streamlines the whole hiring process from start to finish. Ability to personalize the communication tools to suit your needs. Ability to review the application history. What do you dislike? It would be nice if they had webinars on how to use the reports properly. More Canadian connection to third party job boards. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring and time management.

What do you like best? The ease of the system, and the responsiveness to our postings What do you dislike? There is not anything that comes to mind that we dislike about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recruiting, Tracking, Reporting I tried numerous times to attach a screen shot, but it won't allow me to do so.

Applicant Stack is the best thing to happen to our company.
What do you like best? The tracking ability, the ease of email, the fluidness of the platform. What do you dislike? Nothing. Everything that Applicant Stack offers is great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We need to track all applicants for Affirmative Action and Applicant Stack allows us to pull reports in any way we need.

What do you like best? This has been a great tool for recruiting online. What do you dislike? I would love to get more applicants. I do believe it is such a small amount due to our demographics as opposed to program. Great way to get applicants
What do you like best? The easy flow of stages that helps keep track of applicants. What do you dislike? The reports don't always give me the information I am looking for. Useful tool for hiring
What do you like best? You can send emails though applicant stack to new hires with all the required paperwork attached. This has cut down our orientation time because new hires bring their paperwork with them. It also integrates with ClearCare so that new hire information is transferred over. What do you dislike? ClearCare integration is basic. Only transfers over name, address, and email. It would be great if it also transferred over references. There is a way to view applicants who ...
