Excellent Platform

What do you like best? ApplicantStack allows for great customization and integrates well with job posting sites. The support staff is excellent and responsive. The platform is worth more than what they charge. Allows to track multiple positions and I can easily switch between companies. Great redesign of the platform recently. What do you dislike? Applicant Stack Keeps Us On Track

What do you like best? Applicant Stack keeps our applicants organized and on track. It's user-friendly, allows us to maintain records on our candidates, and efficiently track our candidates throughout the hiring process. What do you dislike? We do not like the recent changes to the layout. It's not easy on the eyes to navigate. We don't like the task bar that has to be expanded to change candidate filters. Great value, great support

What do you like best? I appreciate the value that ApplicantStack can bring to a small team. What do you dislike? There are some features I would like to see implemented such as integrations into payroll systems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a reasonably priced ATS for small businesses with less than 20 employees has changed our recruiting strategy and made us competitive in a difficult market.

Efficient process to hire employees

What do you like best? Processing employees is a complicated process. ApplicantStack makes it easy! What do you dislike? As an administrator I don't deal with the day-to-day processing of employees, but I do access the system to update and post new jobs. I would like it if it was easier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We would not be able to process as many applicants that we have if we didn't have Applicant Stack.

What do you like best? I enjoy that applicant stack is user friendly. I also like that you can directly message prospects from applicant stack. What do you dislike? I can't readily think of anything that I do not like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Applicant Stack allows all applicants from various job application sites to be compiled in one place. This is extremely helpful as we have constant open positions.

What do you like best? The layout of Applicant Stack is easy to navigate. There are plenty of tutorials and well written instructions if you aren't sure where to go next. What do you dislike? There can be quite a few different settings when assessing how to communicate with applicants. What do you like best? The ability to update and track applicants What do you dislike? The system does not notify you via email when an applicant has completed an application. The system does not provide an individual link to complete the online application in order to provide better tracking. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The system provides a great source for organizing applicants.
