We have had positive interactions and feedback with ApplicantStack.

What do you like best? The ability to see all candidates that recently applied in one list. What do you dislike? The inability to have all employees have a log in without an admin license. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All our applications and candidates are in one place.

Fairly intuitive, with some quirks

What do you like best? I like the correspondence tracking, I like the unified interface allowing quick access to most details I need when dealing with candidates. All I need to do is have appstack open for an interview, and I've got all the info I'll need access to before, during, and after. What do you dislike? Some things are strange. Adding notes, for example, seems to only be visible in the "History" tab of a candidate profile. That is definitely not the first place I would think ...

Anyone can use it!

What do you like best? Very user friendly. Onboarding portal makes it easy to extract documents, provides new hires with a unique onboarding experience- videos from managers and CEO etc. Reporting function is also very to use in both onboarding and recruiting. Love the templates. What do you dislike? Our agency has a lot of onboarding documents. It would be nice if the system would implement a wizard so employees do have to sign all 20 documents. Pretty Decent Product

What do you like best? ApplicantStack recently updated the user interface which helped navigate the system easier. The system is very user friendly. What do you dislike? It's challenging pulling data for reports. Unable to partner with other systems used internally. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The business is attempting to use the system for pulling candidate data for OFCCP audits.

What do you like best? ApplicantStack has made many updates and their staff is generally willing and able to help. What do you dislike? The platform has many options, however there are some things that could be better / more customized (ie job boards or url shorteners What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Good customization abilities, things are easy and accessible when reviewing profiles, and easy to tie it to external job boards. What do you dislike? When prefer ability to link candidates to pools or work vs. having to create a draft requisition to keep track of candidates with similar skill sets.
