With ApplicantStack my company is out of the dark ages!
What do you like best? No more hard applications. We are able to track candidate flow through all stages and see where everyone is at a quick glance. And, our pre-employment testing service was able to link with ApplicantStack so that we can send candidates directly from ApplicantStack with no need to log onto the assessment website. What do you dislike? I wish we could set up specific stages for each job posting. Some stages are not necessary for all of our positions. What problems ...

Perspective from a hiring manager (not a recruiter!)
What do you like best? ApplicantStack lets me easily see the applicants for the role I'm hiring for. It's relatively easy to see their cover letters and resumes, and all interactions between my candidate and recruiter is logged so I can see what their communication and notes are. What do you dislike? The UI looks a bit dated, more of a traditional design, not terribly responsive. Also, after I've had more than 20 or 30 applicants, it becomes a pain to sort candidates so I can easily ...

The email templates and pre-generated ones What do you dislike? the amount of hiring manager access. loses the connection between recruiter and candidates (could be a configuration fix Recommendations to others considering the product: My screenshot will not properly upload. Smooth Sailing
What do you like best? Its nice to keep everything electronically and at your fingertips. What do you dislike? I'm very new to using ApplicantStack so I really can't say I've found anything to dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have departments that are housed in separate parts of the City and with this app, we are able to keep everyone in the know on the status of applicants.

What do you like best? It has been good far. Easy to search the information. What do you dislike? I could not find any issues to report at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track off all job applications.

Works well for screening candidates
What do you like best? it is user friendly - easy to know what to click on to get the intended page. What do you dislike? in the new version, on the right bar it is hard to tell it which category you want it in (recruiter review, interview, etc. I usually had to click the top where it says to move forward or not and that required several clicks (I often jumped steps. Awesome AP, streamlined our hiring process
What do you like best? The ability to manage applicants and review all resumes submitted in a timely and orderly manner. Our company uses multiple people to hire in multiple offices and it is very beneficial to have a manager in one office ask another manager in another office about a resume. What do you dislike? Complete resource for all applications and information regarding interviews.
What do you like best? Full access to notes and interviews that were conducted in the past. I also like that I can type in candidates responses and go back and look at them. What do you dislike?
