What do you like best? I like that you can track your candidates through the entire process. I also like that you can see how long a job is open and how long it takes to fill a position. What do you like best? Resumes are dated. When applicants apply. I can email them straight from website. What do you dislike? Doesn't appear to update if applicant gets the job. Not sure if it's the website or the agency using it, resumes need to be removed and/or categorized better. Recommendations to others considering the product: Nothing at this time. What do you like best? It is easy to view applicant information and I am notified when a new applicant applies. What do you dislike? The email messaging is unclear. It seems to be a good site to list jobs and keep up with applicants.

What do you like best? How it lists all the jobs in alphabetical order. What do you dislike? How it does not pull up the duplicates of a candidate when you search a specific name. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is helpful for our recruiters to list and keep up with their jobs. I only use it to close jobs out and move candidates into the Started stage.
