Great ATS
What do you like best? I like that you can track your candidates through the entire process. I also like that you can see how long a job is open and how long it takes to fill a position. Very helpful in improving candidate experience to be more efficient. What do you dislike? The reporting function isn't as easy to use as I'd like it to be. What do you like best? Easy to click in and out of applications. User friendly What do you dislike? Not enough options for declining an interview with an applicant. Maybe a free text field would be helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to navigate when I have several open positions.

What do you like best? Excellent ability to create and edit workflows to get your team the candidates they need to see quickly and easily. Managers can see candidates in the process in real-time. What do you like best? Resumes are dated. When applicants apply. I can email them straight from website. What do you dislike? Doesn't appear to update if applicant gets the job. Not sure if it's the website or the agency using it, resumes need to be removed and/or categorized better. Recommendations to others considering the product: Nothing at this time. Easily customizable, and mostly well-connected
What do you like best? I like that we are able to customize Applicant Stack for our unique applicant managements needs. What do you dislike? Sometimes changing a questionnaire or job template will break other parts of the process. When updates to Applicant Stack are released, there are often bugs that can persist for several weeks. What do you like best? I like that Applicant Stack is so user friendly, and it's look and feel is natural. I like that the information for each applicant is user friendly, and that you can log and see notes from different users. What do you dislike? Better Than Alternative Solutions
What do you like best? Clear instructions for filling fields are a big thumbs up. What do you dislike? Internally, the link is miniscule and moves around on the landscape. Externally, it seems fine. What do you like best? It is easy to view applicant information and I am notified when a new applicant applies. What do you dislike? The email messaging is unclear. It seems to be a good site to list jobs and keep up with applicants.
What do you like best? How it lists all the jobs in alphabetical order. What do you dislike? How it does not pull up the duplicates of a candidate when you search a specific name. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is helpful for our recruiters to list and keep up with their jobs. I only use it to close jobs out and move candidates into the Started stage.

What do you like best? That it post on other job boards and I can track the employees through the whole process. What do you dislike? That a lot of times the other job boards aren't getting posted two for one reason or another What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like that I can do everything with each employee right on the applicant stock website
