Easy to Track Applicants

What do you like best? I like being able to see if someone already applied for another job and also to be able to track all my notes related to an applicant and their current stage all in one place. What do you like best? That the uploading is very fast and easy, also that the access to information of teh candidates is easy What do you dislike? Keeps Us Organized

What do you like best? I cannot imagine going back to the days of paper applications. An entire section of my desk was dedicated to apps before making the transition. I saved so much room just by going digital. I also love that we then have a database of people who have applied before, so we don't waste time on people we will never have an interest in hiring. What do you like best? AS has great customer service, and it is generally very easy to learn. You can track a lot of applicants at once, and I appreciate that they charge based on users and not on number of applicants. What do you dislike? Good Product at a great price

What do you like best? The dashboard is very easy to use especially when trying to quickly see new applications or search thru old ones What do you dislike? hard to run customer reports without getting help from tech support What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We need a central way to track applicants and sources of applications. It has helped in determining which job boards are best for us.
