It has done what it needs to do but could use some work on certain issues.
What do you like best? It is easy to send paperless documents to employees at any moment. It is also fantastic at reminding you what documents employees still have not completed. What do you dislike? It will not bring up a searched employee with out clicking on the name that pops up in the search bar. It is very frustrating that I can not reach the onboarding on the hire side from the applicant side. It is a hassle to switch back and forth between tabs. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? Everything is time stamped and dated.It's very helpful! What do you dislike? The reports accuracy. I often find myself questioning the numbers that come back. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding is organized and the process is easy to follow.

To many steps!
What do you like best? It is nice that the system is linked with Clearcare so that some information gets transferred over other than that it could be a lot more user friendly. What do you dislike? There are to many steps involved to make certain functions work. I also think that all documents should transfer to the caregiver profile once completed. What do you like best? The application links directly to our website. What do you dislike? There isn't anything that comes to mind. Recommendations to others considering the product: You won't regret the decision What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Works well
What do you like best? I enjoy that multiple users can review applicants and be involved in the hiring process. What do you dislike? I dislike that there are not many options on how to characterize applicants, making it hard to keep tidy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It does help with the hiring process, but I would not say that it has solved any problems for us.

Simple & Productive!
What do you like best? The program is easy to use and makes posting to multiple job boards a breeze. The additional onboarding feature is worth the extra monthly spend to keep all candidates in the same platform and store documents. Uploading any paperwork, interview notes, etc. eliminates boxes of retention files and allows us to review a past candidate if or when they apply again - for any position. What do you dislike? Better than the rest...
What do you like best? I like the way you can taylor questions for specific jobs. This assists with the screening tremendously and it keeps each job application from looking exactly the same. When there are multiple jobs posted, coming off as "canned" is very easy to do. This helps negate that. What do you dislike? I dislike the way you have to transition from recruiting to onboarding. What do you like best? The simplicity of the program. I really enjoy the lay out and being able to find things easily. The system is very well laid out so that organizing resumes its easy to work with. What do you dislike? The search option is a bit slow at times, and it would also be helpful if you were able to search partial names . Applicant stack makes it easy to recruit
What do you like best? I like that it pushes to lots of platforms and lets me see if applicants have followed directions. What do you dislike? I find the applicant sorting system a bit cumbersome, so I just leave them all in the inbox. User friendly and customization
What do you like best? Everything you see on ApplicantStack is customizable. I enjoy having the authority to edit and update everything to do with ApplicantStack independently.
