Really useful tool

What do you like best? The fact that I can post ads easily and receive applicants in one database What do you dislike? I wish there was a little more hand-holding for companies / industries like mine, where some heavy customization could really help in making things more user-friendly What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The program was not too complicated to navigate. Filters are available. Can indicate phases of applicants. What do you dislike? I disliked that i had to launch a second window to complete the feed back so one can still return to view the application and other information available about that applicant. What do you like best? Very easy to maneuver, very easy to train new people on the system. What do you dislike? Easier dashboard to see what new followups I need to follow up. Does well as an ATS but needs better reporting functions

What do you like best? I like that we can make notes on candidates and that we can see if a candidate has been contacted in the past or has applied to other positions. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use for the applicants and new hires. It's very user friendly on the applicant side of the program. What do you dislike? It is not very user friendly for the employer side of the program. The help center is not as helpful as it should be to learn how to maneuver through ApplicantStack. The Hiring Managers can't access nearly enough information and the cost to add more Administrators is quite high. The program isn't worth that high of a cost. What ...

Adequate system

What do you like best? Makes logical sense, handles most functions. I like the integration of both recruiting and onboarding. What do you dislike? Reporting not user friendly, doesn't easily track important information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recruiting -- tracking applications, showing the our hiring process. It's great to have everything electronically.
