What do you like best? What I like best about ApplicantStack is the ease with which candidates can apply; directly from our website, or after having been directed to our website through links at the various job boards at which we advertise openings. We would not be able to get through our day without ApplicantStack
What do you like best? We like that applications just roll in and all we have to do is launch a couple of ads per week that take seconds!! It is easy to update the status of the applications. We also love the talent pool leads that we get everyday. This is VERY helpful in getting those indecisive applicants to take the next step by reaching out to them! What do you dislike? AppStack is really user friendly and easy to navigate through
What do you like best? I like that I can see immediately who I received applications from as soon as I open the program What do you dislike? Sometimes, I will try to look up a caller's information in AppStack, and it won't bring it up by their first or last name, but yet, then I go down the screen and see the person's name. What do you like best? The ability to search via zip code, run reports based on stages, and track individual jobs being filled based on candidate status, etc. What do you dislike? The reports themselves are clunky & hard to work with, and the UI overall looks a bit out-dated. Modifying applications with the internal code is also a pain where as some sort of WIZYWIG editor, etc. would be very beneficial. What problems are you solving with the product? Applicant Stack is easy
What do you like best? It is easy to use and navigate through the different screens and tabs.. What do you dislike? Currently I have not found anything that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? IT allows for easy online completion of forms by our potential new employees and distributes the forms to the appropriate departments for processing.

The ease of use, the outreach of applicants and the convenience of having all media in one What do you dislike? that they MUST have an email to apply, so people do not have email or computers What problems are you solving with the product?
