What do you like best? I like that all applicants for all positions are held in one central place. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything yet that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Applicant Stack has helped us be more organized regarding all aspects of hiring.. We are also much more consistent with our standard processes and applying them with each applicant.

Straightforward, Customizable, Expandable

What do you like best? I appreciate the ability for staff to have some control of their information and paperwork, while allowing us the ability to change how and what the have access to. Moving staff through various stages is easy. They also make it a two step thing in some ways so that you can't easily make a mistake with someone (embarrassing moments spared.
