I love Appfolio and the ease of the program. The use on my phone allows me to be literally anywhere and have all the information that i need at my fingertips. If you are in property management you need this program. I have used it for now 4 years and love it and wish i would have gotten it earlier, it is worth every penny invested.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Typically, AppFolio answers all questions the same day. However, I've had issues with Apartments.com pulling our information on available listings and consistently advertising incorrectly. I've contacted AppFolio more than 3 times about this in the last month and they said they would look into it and work on getting it figured out with them.
