What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Reporting, Universal Search, Customer Support. The ability to search all of AppFolio in their universal search bar is incredible. Doesn't matter if I need tenant, owner, property or specific unit info. I can access all of it very quickly. That plus the varied and detailed reports we can create are incredible. We used AppFolio when working at a 418 unit HOA. It was our first time with HOA management and AppFolio support was incredible. ...

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? I have used so many property management products over the years and this one is by far the easiest software! It keeps all the information relevant to a specific property, HOA or building in one place and you don't have to search hard for relevant info.

The user experience is excellent

The user experience is excellent and intuitive. We have been able to transition our outside accountants from regular visits to our office, to being able to work remote, saving time and money. Separating rentals from HOAs is a valuable feature. Also very easy for our residents to use the tenant portal and pay rent, check their account, and submit maintenance requests. Very satisfied.

Great Product for Midsized Management Companies

User Friendly, Lacks personalization in a few locations. But is a great solution for small to mid sized companies.

You do a lot of things fantastic, 2 things that need to be fixed.

You guys are amazing in so many ways you got new programs rolling out all the time to make our lives easier in our tenants lives easier. Except for in the one thing that I feel is the most important thing, and that is the maintenance request. The emergency maintenance line is not working. We put it in to place hoping it would help people after hours. After hours are kittens will call Lynn and beyond hold for 30 or 45 minutes and that's the time that they need somebody bride away. Easy to use software

Easy to use software, offers (almost) everything that we need to operate a large property management firm. Their customer service is good, but could respond a bit faster.
