AppFolio is a very easy and helpful…
AppFolio is a very easy and helpful system, now ii is much better with the new tools and improvements. I found very helpful chatting with an expert, they are very fast responding with a solution to my questions. I work in the Accounting Department, Account Receivable and I do recommend to anyone to use AppFolio for their business.

AppFolio Property Manager is a great…
AppFolio Property Manager is a great tool. Besides being convenient and easy to use they have a place where you can put suggestion and they take it seriously. They will alert you when ever someone likes your suggestion and when Appfolio is taking steps to make your suggestion a reality. Another great feature is the how to videos. When ever we hire anyone new we have them watch the videos first.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? It makes it easy to pull reports, read tenants ledgers, get resident info and depositing money is easier. I find it nice being to find something with just a few clicks rather than having to spend time trying to find a simple report. I also love that it lets me put residents under eviction and remove online payments to avoid NSF fees.
