"Knowledgeable - Patient - Quick Response"

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? All of the techincal support staff are excellent in customer service. They contact me right away and help to resolve any questions I may have in regards to accounting and use of the platform. They are very patient and explain the process until I have grasped the hows and whys. I cannot say enough positive affirmations in regards to their performance!

Ease of use, support and training

Once you get familiar with the software the ease of use is wonderful. That coupled with support and training provided is top notch. You would have to pay me to use another property management software!

AppFolio is very intuitive and easy to learn, provides excellent training materials. They are a company that is innovative and listens to it's customer. They are responsive, helpful and through in their development.

I have used appfolio since 2010. They continually update their product by listening to their clients and to the industry. They are helpful when I need help and they have great video tutorials not only for the Property Managers but also for the property owners and tenants.
