Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. They do not care about their clients. All they care about is what is best for them and signing on new people. They barley help you with anything and make everything very difficult and cumbersome. Setting up a call with them is like pulling teeth and when you finally do get them on the phone they act as if they are doing you a favor just by answering. Horrible, just horrible company.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? I like that I can easily attach documents to my tenants accounts for viewing, but many systems can do that.

I have been a customer with Appfolio…
I have been a customer with Appfolio for a few years and I've really enjoyed how simple it is--especially with the online marketing! I wish your company company still had an arrangement with marketing through Zillow, but I understand how times and contracts change. Otherwise, it's a great system to navigate any property management company.

Appfolio- Good program! My wish list for updates
Appfolio is a great app. There are just a couple things that i wish were different. 1. There is no reason to enter a bill to write a check. I wish I could just write a check. 2. Because of this, if you make a mistake, you can’t just go in and change the check. First, you have to reverse the check. Then you have to either edit or or delete the bill. Then you have to do EVERYTHING over again. I really don’t understand the necessity of the “enter bills” feature for some scenarios. It the ...

I love AppFolio
I love AppFolio. It has made managing my properties so much easier and has allowed me to expand my business through many more efficient and effective processes. The one area that needs improvement however is the accounting side of the product.

I have been in property management for 35 years and have had experience with many different software programs and AppFolio has been my favorite by far! It is so easy to use and the residents love the portal!
