What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? AppFolio handles the leasing process A-Z. The resident guest card is used throughout the entire leasing process, allowing them to pay the application fee, the deposit and first-months rent, and sign leasing documents in the portal. This makes the adaptation of online payment seamless and easy. The portal requests for managers are amazing
