"Plain and easy"

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? It is cut and dry as to what work orders I am assigned. I can attach pictures, receipts and details about the job.

Appfolio customer service needs to hire…Appfolio ACH PAYMENTS VERY SLOW!

Appfolio customer service needs to hire a hundred service reps that can answer the phone to get customers issues resolved immediately, so we can run our business profitably and efficiently without waiting. ACH/electronic payments to vendors were supposed to be like WIRING MONEY; IMMEDIATE PAYMENT RECEIVED in vendors accounts ! It is taking 3 to 7 days for my vendors to receive funds in their account. I plan to ask an appropriate gov't agency to investigate Appfolio's accounting practices.

Frustrating

Frustrating. When I click "forgot password" I get an email to reset, but first I need to type in the password that I forgot. Did they forget that one click ago I just said I forgot it? Update: The reply says IF I clicked "forgot password" - could they not read my post that said that is exactly what I clicked on and it still requires the password that I said I forgot? I thought it was quite clear. The reply obviously did not even check the faulty coding of the app.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Appfolio's universal search is best in class. Having used several property management softwares, I found it easier to find what I was looking for in Appfolio.

The programmers do not know the first…

The programmers do not know the first thing about accounting or bookkeeping. There are very very many obstacles, that if the software creators would work with an accountant or at least try to use the system, then maybe they can try to resolve. They are very proud of their many integrations, but when it boils down to regular day yo day functionality, not very user friendly.

So far so good.
