The software performs well on SSDs but can slow significantly on older mechanical drives during large backups; test with your actual hardware before committing. Check integration ...Read more

Free Trial is a Scam
The free version advertises as being able to clone disks but if you dig deep in the details it will only clone MBR volumes which is effectively useless for an SSD. It lets you set everything up but then when you try to run it they just shake you down for cash. I have no idea why any sites recommend this; I was able to get an actually functional trial to migrate the OS elsewhere and won't consider AOMEI products in the future.

Unreliable for a backup system
I have AOMEI Partition Assistant which works very well, so I decided to purchase AOMEI Backupper. Installation was trouble-free. Manual backup was fine. Then I set up a schedule for external SSD. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't, so I set it up to work with my NAS. Sometimes it worked other times it did not complete and Sat on 47% for about 9 Hours. It's only 2TB! So I can't trust this for my backups. This was a lifetime license, so a total waste of money. Thinking it was just this ...

The best...So far...
I've used 3 different backup programs. Ashampoo Backup, Aorus Backup and AOMEI Backupper. Only one of these worked flawlessly. For the other two I had errors and they couldn't complete the backup. AOMEI Backupper worked like a charm.

Can't register more than once, rendering your backup useless on a new Windows install.
Had to reset Windows due to an unrecoverable blue screen error. Now, when trying to reinstall Backupper, the registration no longer works. Apparently you're only allowed to install it on one computer, and a new Windows install is considered another computer. Since the registration doesn't work, it won't let me access the backup! What is the point of backup software if you can't access it after a crash? Waste of money. Any other software would let you unregister it then reregister it to your ...

Full free trial does not work
The only thing so called 'full' free trial do is just ask you money. Is the supposedly existing functionality really present? At every opportunity it would open a site which apparently sells this software, the catch is, the site is in some random language, and does not sell anything in my region. To be honest, feels like some kind of scam.
