Some major shortcomings

What I've encountered: You can't sync drive to another drive root folder, it has to be a subfolder on another drive. You can't stack scheduled backups, so if you have many of them, say daily for every project, you better schedule them manually so they don't overlap. File and folder exclusion is rudimentary, almost terrible. It does do backups however. Haven't tested system restore yet - but system backup is fast.

Only the product is good.

Solid product, good technical ability, elegant, pretty, usually stable. Extremely bad technical support agents.

Compression doesn't work

Says it supports compression but no matter what you select it doesn't compress. If you have 27 gigs on your hard drive to backup you better make sure you have 27 gigs on your backup device regardless of compression method selected.
