Really good

Really good! simple and efficient!

Simple but good enough software

PROS: The interface is intuitive and uncluttered. CONS: No full-screen option which is not good and is worse on tablets.

This is really easy to use and works reliably

I have been using Acronis to backup my system partition for a very long time. But the version I had, that I received free with my Kingston SSD, did not allow me to backup to an image file on my 128GB USB thumb drive. With the free version of AOMEI Backupper I am able to fit several backups of my 64GB system partition onto my 128GB USB thumb drive - each backup (compressed) is about 26GB. I have performed multiple backups and restores, and as far as I can see this software runs flawlessly. ...

Unreliable

I used this a couple of times to restore my system without any problems, however on the last occasion, whilst performing a system restore, I left the room after it had rebooted to start the process - when I returned, my system was off (which I thought was strange) and sure enough, when I turned it on, the restore had failed and left me with no option but to wipe the partition and reinstall the O/S afresh - thanks Aomei!

AOMEI is still my best,but

AOMEI is still my best as personal use, but now inside our company, we found the better alternative which is called gs richcopy360, which is easy, safe, robust, has brilliant backup options and works very well backing up to NAS.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! I won their $331 giveaway, and they actually sent the funds into my account! Because my PayPal account was fresh, I received money after month. Affordable backup solution

PROS: It's pretty straightforward to opearte and has lower premium cost compare to other similar software. We usually utilize it for disaster recovery and cloning systems. The notifications are intuitive and does not bombard us with unnecessarily detailed log.

NOT A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE

Flashy interface that promises on all levels but ultimately fails to deliver - Can not handle Large Backups. Worse still is the Support which is NON EXISTENT for the following reaosns:- A) they have no understanding of their product B) they waste your time with answering each question with another question C) dont offer 24 hr support D) dont offer telephone support. After 4 weeks and over 35 emails with these morons I simply gave up..... total waste of time.

Free and powerful backup solution

PROS: I like how I can backup my entire hard circles or just a specific parcels to guard the apps and operating framework I'm using. There are many notable features that I like using such as booked backups and it's ability to pack and scramble backups.
