if youre looking to clone your OS, just get a USB and dowload the windows tool. avoid this like coronavirus. infact id rather have covid than this. if youre looking for a refund which they claim is 90 day guarenteed. be prepared to fight the sales rep for the money. by the time you get to procces the refund youll be on a first name basis with the rep asking how the wife and kids are. they will do anything to avoid giving you a refund. also they lie about whats free to use. i downloaded ...

False advertising, nothings free
They lied about the free features, and when you’re 1 click away from doing what u wanna do, u have to pay 50$. Scumbags, they deliberatly give u hope until the last moment when they force u to pay.

AOMEI Backupper is excellent
AOMEI Backupper is excellent! My OS got corrupted at some point, and couldn't open it even in safe mode. Good thing i have aomei bootable usb, and i've recovered my system easily. With AOMEI, it's plug-and-play.

Refusing to refund
For me the tool failed to backup and restore the disc, so I have used a different tool from a different company. I asked for a refund 3 times, till now I was asked to "try this solution" twice, even though I already wrote that it has been done using a different tool. Edit: After third email, I have been given a full refund.

Ideal backup software
PROS: When using this, I almost hadn't have to look up for help because of how easy to use and understand its design and layout is. CONS: I canvassed a whole set of bak up solution and this is the best one I found. I don't have any complaint on it.

Aomei backupper good and cheap
Use backupper pro version for severall years and never have any problem, very simple to use for the average pc user. In the past to backup to external ssd by usb2 it was slow; now I use nvme ssd to backup to external nvme ssd by usb c and it takes only a few minutes to backup and verify c drive 90gb. Price is also low. for the lifetime pro version.
