The fact that they try to cover different "common" or "frequent" business questions with a specific chart for each, but keeping it abstract enough to be able to customize it and dive deeper into what you need. Also, even though some charts do requiere the user to understand how that chart operates under the hood (especially funnel charts), the documentation covers almost everything you need to know.
