What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics? Their APIs and SDKs are easy to use - it's easy to get going. They offer a wide variety of analysis tools, which are all very performant. The customer support and documentation are excellent. They provide great resources about product analytics best practices, which are easy to implement in their tool. What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics? Works fast, easy to breakdown by user segmentation vs. events segmentation. Formula is also a good feature What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics? UX is kinda messy and all over the place. Lots of features I don't use and require a learning curve. The information often feels to be inconsistent, probably because it's an event-based platform. Also, sometimes I find it hard to find out how to visualize a conceptual idea I have.
